Meghan | senior

Last spring, working from home had gotten increasingly more complicated with an increasingly more mobile and opinionated baby toddler man. We had had some difficulty finding and keeping a reliable sitter so I posted on a job site for current students at my alma mater. I got a TON of résumés and interviewed a few girls (the most surreal thing ever-- interviewing babysitters for your own kid) but wasn't sold 100% on any of them, and then I got an email from Meghan. There was just something about her email to me that made me think she was the one! I invited her over to meet Lincoln and it was an instant match. She was so amazing with him and we were so sad when summer came and she was going to nanny for another family full time! She graduated from Meredith in December and just started working as a Child Life Specialist and I could not be prouder of this girl. She is one of the most hardworking people I have ever met, and I am so thankful that our paths crossed when they did, even if it was for a short time. We met in December to do some photos on campus celebrating her December graduation, and after about fifteen minutes it started pouring rain so we rescheduled for a few weeks later. It was totally freezing outside but it made for the perfect sunny, green grass, blue skies Meredith College day. Shooting on campus is one of my most favorite things ever, that place always feels like coming home even after all these years. I love that no matter what year we graduate the sisterhood is strong!

Congratulations, Meghan! The best is yet to come!
