Leah Grace | newborn

I am pretty sure I'm going to have to call it quits on the newborn sessions with big siblings. This is the third one I've done since Lincoln was born and it gives me all the feelings. (I'll admit it...like I want to be pregnant again and see my little Lincoln be a brother feelings.) (Which, by the way, is not happening anytime soon, but seriously– feelings. Gah. Sigh.) 

Anyway! My former classmate, fellow Spanish teacher, almost-doula and dear friend Brittany had her sweet second little girl right after Halloween and she is just sweet as can be. Big sister, Lyla, is just a doll and such a great sister! I love the way they snuggle up together so naturally, there is just something special about sisters. So many of these pictures remind me of me and my sister in pictures of me as a newborn. Just so much sweetness and so many fun adventures ahead! 

Sidenote: dear friends let me borrow their Mark II and I used it for this session and I am completely ruined for all other cameras ever. Complete perfection.
